This project involved the construction of a full basement beneath a semi‑attached private house. Due to the property’s shared structure, the works required careful planning and execution of temporary works to support the adjoining residence. The programme was delivered over a 40‑week period, with a strong emphasis on maintaining neighbourly relations and minimising disruption throughout.
